I never workout at home, except this once

So, I never, ever workout at home. There are a number of reasons I don't do this, see the reasons below:
1. Who wants to work out from home when you can people watch at the gym?
2. I have two dumbells that are too heavy for me
3. The dogs like to try to exercise with me, which in theory sounds nice that they want to join in on the fun, but in reality makes it really difficult to do anything
4. I feel silly working out at home, granted I feel silly alone working out at home and that really makes no sense, but it is what it is
5. I live in an old house and when I do anything, like burpees, the entire house shakes AND it just dawned on me that if anyone were to hear this, they would probably think I was doing something way more fun than what I actually am doing
6. I have a gym membership, why not go use it, along with the equipment I don't have at home
7. I don't have another reason right now, but I don't like even numbers

Anyway, with all that being said, today I decided I would try to do a quick, efficient work out at home, alls I have is a metabolic circuit, I can figure out replacement exercises for the couple of exercises I don't have the right equipment for...

So, here's how it went down. First there was a fly, like a buzzing around fly, my three dogs decided to run around all over the house trying to get this fly...well the two smaller guys do this, I'm not convinced the puppy has any idea what he is chasing, he just wants to join in the fun. Finally, the fly fun calms down, so I begin my exercises. The 65 pound pup decides that he wants to try to help me with the 25 dumbbell...as much as I acknowledge that this is a very sweet move, it makes it extremely difficult to move that dumbell (which I am already have some trouble with, without the dog in my face). So, he gets put in his crate, he can watch me from there...next, I am on a chair, getting creative with another exercise and my Wazowski actually starts to growl at me, yeah, I don't know, he is special. Next I'm on the floor and Atticus tries to lay down on me, sweet, but not helpful at all.

Regardless, 30ish minutes later, I am done, sweating like crazy and all three of them are warn out. Who knew you could tire out three pups just by working out in front of them, exhausted by association? I think yes. I will definitely be doing that again. I feel like the most efficient dog mom ever!

Relationship Marketing, Let's Talk About It

Relationship Marketing. Shared Marketing. Pyramid Schemes. Call it what you want. Let's talk about it. First and foremost, they aren't really pyramids anymore, pyramids would infer that there is an end, a bottom, with the way a lot of them are set-up now, there really is no bottom, at least not with Nerium International, it helps that it is like a billion dollar company that's barely 18 months old, only in the US right now, there is only room for potential, lots of potential!

I was always skeptical, never really wanted to get involved, although I won't lie, I always had that little dream in my head that if i did indeed get involved wiht one of these companies, make billions of dollars and the whole company would love me...it's like that same little day dream I have every time I enter a raffle or play slots (although, last time I played slots, I was given $20 and ended up with $40 something)...so clearly, the dream is attainable.

I know it all sounds kinda hokey and far fetched, but I will tell you what, with a little perseverance and a lot of happiness, anything is possible. Who doesn't want to help people feel better about themselves, make money and be happy? That's pretty much all I want and to save the blonde dogs of the world and paint and be able to put my unborn kids through school and take care of my family and and and...the list of things I am doing goes on and on and NeriumInternational is helping make that possible.

The beauty of it all is that you decide how much time you put into this business. Whether you are in the business or just using the product, it's easy to get the product for free. It's easy to tell people about it. It's easy to listen to phone calls. It's easy to wash your face at night and put some cream on. It's easy to make a lot of money. There is nothing painful about it. And you get walked through it.

So, whether you want to make some $ or look better or both. Let me know, let's discuss and I'll help change your life forever. www.schoolnik.nerium.com
