Ladies, Turn Those Work Day Blues Around

It's the work week again, are you feeling a little sluggish and frazzled?
May I make a few suggestions to blow that mental grossness outta your bod, so you feel awesome or at least a little awesomer. Well, good, cause I'm gonna give you a list of ideas. Clearly I love me some lists.






1. Getting yourself out of work day week - head rut and do something wild, like a try a new coffee or tea or even hot chocolate, with whipped cream, yes, whipped cream.
2.  Wake up and make yourself some breakfast
3. Consider showering before work
4. After you shower, put on a lil make-up after that shower.
5. After you shower and put a lil make up on, try a new hair style, like brushing it....
6. Try contacts instead of glasses
7. Ooooh wear a matching bra and panty (I hate that word) set or something close to matching
8. Wear adorable and fun socks (matching or not, whatever makes you feel happier).


It's funny how a little matchy matchy under those clothes can make a lady feel so good.
